Products catalogue Glue-Groundcoat for Gas-Concrete
Description/Application:
An ecological compound based on cement, used for laying and coating of aerated concrete blocks, for inner and outer walls. Resistant to water and low temperatures.
Preparation and Instruction for Use:
Add 270 ml of water to 1 kg of adhesive (equivalent to 6.7 liters of water to 25 kgs adhesive). Stir with a mixer until the suitable working consistency is achieved. The density of the solution is considered normal as long as it can stay on a trowel. Leave for 20 min and then stir again. The adhesive is ready to use with in 3-4 hours
The mixture is spread on the top surface of the underlying block, then the upper block is laid and fixed in place by a slight tapping. The surplus amount of adhesive is removed immediately after sticking the two blocks. During the building process, make sure that the wall is perfectly vertical and the joints are well-formed.
The base should be stable, load resistant, compact and dry. There should be no cracks, dust, grease, or other impurities.
